Manage your subscription
Cancel on iPhone (iOS)+
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select VIBE, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)+
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select VIBE, then tap Cancel subscription.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request a refund from your Google Play order history. If something went wrong on our end, email [email protected] and we'll help.
Common questions
My video failed or looks off — what now?+
Check your connection, update to the latest app version, and try again or switch models. If credits were spent on a failed generation, email us and we'll restore them.
Can I use my videos commercially?+
In most cases yes, subject to our Terms of Service and the policies of the underlying AI models. Always review a clip before publishing and follow each platform's disclosure rules.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll process your deletion request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which devices does VIBE support?+
VIBE runs on iPhone and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
