These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and VIBE – AI Video Generator ("VIBE", "we", "us") governing your use of our mobile app and website (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use VIBE. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your license to use VIBE
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VIBE to create, upload or share content that:
- is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent — including deceptive "deepfakes", impersonation, or misleading content;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- violates the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law and by the relevant model provider, the videos you generate ("Outputs"). You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs.
You grant us a limited license to process, store and transmit your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to send your prompt to a model provider and return your video to you).

6. Subscriptions & billing
VIBE is free to download and offers optional paid subscriptions and credits that unlock additional models, longer clips and higher resolution.
- Billing. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where a refund is required by law.
7. Our intellectual property
The VIBE app, name, logo, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.
11. Governing law & changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
